Product availability
Outlet Orologi reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed, and in any case until the goods are sold-out.
The articles being sold could be temporarily out of stock. In such case our esteemed Customers will be informed via e-mail within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the purchasing order. If the article ordered should no longer be available, we will reserve the right to cancel the purchasing request and credit back any amount already paid.
Prices
The prices of the displayed products can exclude or include a value added tax. Whether or not the value added tax is applied will be clearly indicated on the page.

Payments
The articles ordered will have to be paid in advance via one of the forms of payment listed in "Methods of Payment".

Shipment and withdrawal
The articles ordered will be sent via the shipment method chosen in "Methods of Shipment."
The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, therefore our esteemed Customers are informed that any claim for damages to the goods must be communicated immediately at the moment of receipt of those same goods, by signing the receipt "subject to reservations" and indicating the type of damage.
